I would get the toreador. First of all, ppl dont get sweaty when you stand next to them in a toreador. Second, the toreador is a submersable vehicle. Third, its rlly fast. Fourth, it has pretty good missiles and can survive a few missile hits. Either the Stromberg or the new Toreador (one or the other, not both) can be stored in the sub, by driving underneath and then entering when prompted. The second spot in the moon pool is reserved for the new Avisa mini-sub. I doubt that the existing Submersible or Kraken can be stored inside the sub, since they are Pegasus vehicles. I don't ...

I did end up buying it and have actually found it useful for the Casino Heist prep where you need the explosives from a plane wreckage under water.
